Fam Tours

We welcome all opportunities to work with Familiarization tours whether organized directly or through Tourism Vancouver, Destination BC or Destination Canada. When checking availability please advise date, arrival time and number of participants, their job titles and travel industry employers Please book your FAM visit well in advance. Allow a minimum of 1 ½ hours for a fully guided visit. To arrange a FAM Tour please email groups@capbridge.com.

Build Back Tourism Program 2021

We are now accepting the 2021 Build Back Tourism Ticket valid May 1 – September 30, 2021.
Enjoy one complimentary admission for you and one guest when you present your Build Back Tourism Ticket, photo ID, and proof of current employment or volunteer connection.

Terms and Conditions:
Mandatory reservations are required a minimum 24 hours prior to your intended visit and are subject to time slot availability. Please email info@capbridge.com and include your name, date & time you wish to visit. You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is complete.

Privilege Pass offer has now ended. We are no longer accepting 2019/20 Privilege Passes.

Travel Agents

Travel Agents
We offer complimentary admission to domestic Travel Agents who have not travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days, when valid travel industry identification (e.g. IATA Card) is presented at time of entry. Travelling companions not working in the tourism industry pay the regular admission fees.

Terms and Conditions:
Reservations required a minimum 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). Book early to avoid disappointment. Please email info@capbridge.com and include your name, date and time you wish to visit. You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is complete.

Blackout dates apply:
Not Valid Weekends or Statutory Holidays
Not valid December 18, 2020 – January 3, 2021

Hotel Industry Employees

Complimentary Admission is offered to domestic Front of House Hotel Employees (Front Desk, Sales, Concierge, Bellman and Valet). Eligible staff members and 1 guest will be given complimentary admission during our regular operating hours with proof of valid identification.

In order to be granted complimentary admission into the park, one of the following must be presented along with a piece of valid photo ID.

Business Card – Must state Name, Position, and place of Work place
Pay stub – Stating position, Name, and Work place
Letter from Department Manager – Confirming employment and position.
Valid Work ID / Name Badge – Stating Name, position and work place.
